What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Upon receiving a valid, complete infringement notice, Mahadevi Retreats will:

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal or Colombian court and will accept service of process

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material after 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking an order to restrain the activity.
